Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch + 1 overhead squat

C] Wod

Starting every 5 min for a 20 min wod

0:00-2:00 : 250m row + 10 overhead squat @ 95/65 2:00-4:00 : max pull-ups 4:00-5:00: rest

Same patern, but every round is a different max.

Round 2: box jumps @ 24/20 Round 3: sumo deadlift high pull @ 95/65 Round 4: overhead sit-up @ 15/10 Round 5: handstand push-up
