Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

3 squat clean

Note: load over the sets. touch & go

C] Wod

Hang from the pull-up bar for 5 minutes

Each time you drop from the bar, perform:

500m row

30/20 push-up

Note: accumulate the 5 min. score is the time when you have completed 5 min hanging.
