Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

3 front squat

Note: load over the sets, from rack

C] Wod

Amrap 12 minutes:

30 thrusters @ 95/65

30 chest-to-bar pull-ups

5-5 kettlebell snatch @ 24/20

2 scores: first one is one round for time and the second is the total rounds in 12 min.

D] take the rest of the day to practice one movement
