10 dumbell/kettlebell snatch @ heavy

accumulate 30-60 seconds of pull-up hold

5-5 reps overhead squat with a dumbell @ light and 2 sec pause at the bottom

45-60 sec rest

C] Wod

4 rounds for time:

400m row

25 wall-balls @ 20/14

25 kettlebell swings @ 24/20
