In 15-20 minutes find your heaviest snatch complex:

1 snatch + 3 overhead squat

Note: if you are doing a squat snatch, you only need to do 2 ohs.

C] Wod

Amrap 20 minutes :

buy-in

5 rounds of:

10 overhead squat @ 95/65

10 toes-to-bar

in the remaining time as many 400m run as possible.
