E2MOM for 20 minutes: 5 chest-to-bar pull ups 5 jumping squats 5 push-press @ 95/65
Each 2 minutes add 1 rep to each movement 0-2 : 5 reps 2-4 : 6 reps
4-6 : 7 reps .... If you can't finish the round in 2 minutes, continue for AMRAP for the remaining time.
C] Strenght Rest 6 minutes Then 10 minutes to find 5RM of Backsquat.
