A] Warm-up

B] Strength

Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

1 power snatch + 1 low hang power snatch + 1 mid hang power snatch

Note: load over the sets. Touch & go

C] Wod

2 rounds for time:

50 pull-up

40 box jumps @ 24/20

30 power snatch** @ 95/65

Note: replace the snatch by overhead squat for the second round.
