In a 5 minutes time cap you must complete:
30 pull-ups
30 overhead squats @ 95/65
30 burpees over bar
2 min rest
in a 5 minutes time cap you must complete:
50 wall-balls @ 20/14
4 rope climb
2 min rest
in a 5 minutes time cap you must complete:
75 kettlebell swings @ 24/20
Note: score is the total rep over the 3 wod
